Today there was this post on http://webupd8.org/ about a fuzzy window switcher for ubuntu. A while back, in January, I modified simpleswitcher to have fuzzy matching. So if you want something very light-weight, fuzzy matching and can double as launcher (something I actually plan to remove, or improve). Try my hacked up (it is not more then that) version of simpleswitcher.
