The notification daemon nicely, and quietly, changed the api.

* Text is now escaped in the summary in the Standard theme so that
	  ampersands and other special characters show up instead of disappearing.
	  (Bug #132)

I used to nicely escape it, now if I escape it, it shows wrong. I can detect version of the daemon, so have to escape not escape.. nice
