Print Support in gtodo2

It’s there!!! It’s still rough, and it prints stuff like: “Due Today” withouth showing a date. But it works.
I first wanted to create a table layout, but after alot of thinking I didn’t see an easy way todo that, mostly because every column could have a different width (depending on data) and every row a different height (depending on the data and the width of the other columns)
I decided to just print the view you see in the client self. (I even use the same function to generate the text)
It does multi-page correct, margins, wrapping and all that stuff. There is one situation I haven’t handled yet (print an error message now):
The unlikely case that a task doesn’t fit on a page.
