Gnome Music Player Client – More elegant song list.

Today I have changed the songlist in the metadata browser from a columned list to something a bit more elegant.

So it looks something like this now:

This should give a bit more consistent feel to it.. you click on an artist, then an album, then a song etc.

Wow its like you read my mind. I use to use sonata before and recently moved to gmpc. Loving it so far. One issue I had with it was clucky the metadata browser was. Guess I have one less thing to worry about.

On suggesttion I would like to make is to have the Media control button be flush with the rest of the UI. I think it would make the UI cleaner consistent flow. compared to the present look where there media control button are elevated from the rest of the UI

I liked the former design with tables much more.
Because it was much more customisable. Sorting for every column, showing only the columns are personally liked. Showing all songs of a artist alphabetically. Maybe tables does not look so smooth and clearly, at least for me functionality is more important.
Maybe the tables could be slightly changed for a smoother look?
