I have been using it since it was released and I am getting more and more unhappy about it.
This are a few issues I currently have with it.
- Safari crashes. On several sites that validate nicely it crashes. It is not consistent, sometimes it works, sometimes it fails.
- Sometimes safari fails to zoom in on the page. mostly before crashing.
- Volume control sometimes fails. I need to turn it off and on again to be able to control it again.
- I tried playing games on it, it is almost instant battery drain. Not the game platform they promise.
- GPS is rubbish. Not a little bit, complete rubbish.
- It often thinks I rotated the screen when I only slightly tilt it.
- Battery life is far from consistent. It never discharges at the same rate.
- etc.
As agenda it still works ok. But the user experience isn’t that much improving on updates.

I have exactly the same issues. I start a game with full battery and less than 3 minutes later it crashes. After reset, the batery is almost empty. The odd thing is that som hours later, after i tunr on the iPod again, it shows a better charge. Up to 80%. It’s really weird, but ectremely frustrating because the thing is useless now.
