Weird X problem

This is a re-occuring problem for me, mostly it is suddenly gone, or (because of frustration) I switch distro. Now after updating to jaunty the problem is back. Sometimes I loose the ability to change focus from the active windows. I cannot give focus on any other windows,  generating popups via alt-f2/alt-f1 do not work. read more »

Remembered why I disliked apple

In less then 2 weeks, the ipod touch n ow refuses to sync with itunes.. it hangs on “synchronizing contact information” Fun.

IPod touch as agenda

Grind My Gears: Brasero idiocity

This, today, totally pissed me off. I wanted to burn a file on a cd, so in nautilus I typed burn:// added the files, pressed burned. This nicely stopped with the message: BraseroGenisoimage stopping Session error : The file is not stored locally (brasero_burn_record burn.c:2650) Well I got a few things to say about that. read more »
