Having more and more problems with waf forgetting to rebuilds parts when header files changed and other people having todo fresh checkouts to get things to work. I switched back to autotools again.

I have also implemented the following, with a bit of luck I will make another release this weekend:

• Plugin support (very basic, and api probably changes).  3 types, background plugin (f.e. tray icon), plugin that works on an item (right mouse menu on an item) and a plugin that shows up in the tools menu.
• Translation now works. With thanks to Rasi, a german translation is included.
• Lock function. This blocks edits of items.
