Libmpd updates

MPD 0.12.0
Last week mpd 0.12 finally got released. It took almost 2 years for a new release. We should try to have better release control, have a special branch where we backport “stable” patches and make a release more often. GMPC, Profile support
Since this morning, gmpc has “profile” support. You can now easily switch from one mpd daemon to another, without having to re-enter your hostname/port/password. Might make a screencast of it later this week.
